I did change of institution to Uniport on Monday, but it's not reflecting on my...

I did change of institution to Uniport on Monday, but it's not reflecting on my CAPS till now. I have been unable to register for Post utme too because Uniport post utme site is saying not found when i put my JAMB reg. number to register. Please is anyone facing this same issue? And any advice on how to resolve? Thank you?
