when I went for jamb registration,I was asked the school am writing my waec I...

when I went for jamb registration,I was asked the school am writing my waec I told them peniel academy.(am using awaiting result). but I enrolled neco in a different School ( alidinma secondary School).
my question is,;if I want to upload my ssce result and I want to use my neco will I have problems??????
