Please I've a question concerning national service. My Date of Birth is 22-09-1992 and our second semester of final year will be ended on 04-09-2021. Do I have any chance of serving the Nation? 2... Is it possible to change my date of birth? (I've done jamb regularization). Thanks?

To be eligible to participate in the compulsory one year service, a graduate must be below the age of 30 years upon graduation, or else he/she will be given a Certificate of Exemption, which is also equivalent to the NYSC Discharge Certificate and From the Difference in the Years above, you will be 29 by September, which is close to not being eligible for the exercise

Yes you can do change of date of birth and any other further corrections you want to do, I will advise you to completely do all that is needed because when you are being screened, all those requirements will be checked
