what happens if you don't create a profile before registration for jamb? cause I can't...

what happens if you don't create a profile before registration for jamb? cause I can't access my profile, I have a profile code though. I can check my result too via the link to check results. but I can't print, cause I think I didn't create a profile. please how do I resolve this!?
