I have a question,I have asked so many people but they have never heard of...

I have a question,I have asked so many people but they have never heard of a situation like this.
Unilag changed my course because I didn’t meet up with the cut of mark so I accepted it like that with the hope of using this year’s jamb to apply for the course I want but unfortunately,I heard they want to merge 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 aspirant together ...does this mean that I can’t process this year’s admission?
