I scored 248 in jamb for pharmacy, my total aggregate with waec is 44.7, please...

I scored 248 in jamb for pharmacy, my total aggregate with waec is 44.7, please if I score high mark in my post utme but I still didn't reach the cut off, will they give me? is there supplementary list? please I really don't know what to do, this is my 4th jamb, I really read, my parents are gonna be so disappointed and I don't know how I will tell them I want to change my course from a whole pharmacy to biochemistry, it's not possible?
