we saturday candidates are yet to see our result... when should we be expecting it.......

we saturday candidates are yet to see our result... when should we be expecting it.... anytime I tried it, #50 will be deducted but it will just show "Wrong parameter RESULT passed... send HELP to 55019"... What does this mean??
