I've been trying the jamb portal since morning to try the reprinting of my jamb...

I've been trying the jamb portal since morning to try the reprinting of my jamb slip but it either shows "service currently not available " or it shows "examination slip printing not allowed". Is there anyone else who has noticed these?
Or is the reprinting of slip to begin by Monday properly?
