Please please please Help me! I used portal.unizik.edu.ng just to check how supplementary admission form...

Help me! I used portal.unizik.edu.ng just to check how supplementary admission form works and I found out my admission status says "Admitted:1"
I've checked jamb caps and it keeps saying not admitted/sorry no admission.
My O'level result is on jamb caps
And again I can't login to unizik portal, the unizik portal keeps saying my jamb registration number is invalid and that I've confirmed it is correct.
Please help me, I don't understand and don't know how to go about it. Please!
