Good day. Please i replaced my waec result with neco since january. Whenever i check...

Good day. Please i replaced my waec result with neco since january. Whenever i check my o level upload on my CAPs i still see 11 subjects instead of 9 including 2 from the previous waec upload. Please what might be the cause of this and how can I rectify it. A quick response will be appreciated?
