I gained admission into UI in 2019 for the 2019/2020 session. But since then i...

I gained admission into UI in 2019 for the 2019/2020 session. But since then i haven't resumed because of the Covid 19 disease. I've tried logging in with my username and password but it's saying my log in credentials are incorrect. Does anyone know why? Thanks.?
