Good day, I have an A level result thats ABC, 13 points, and 308 in Jamb this year, 2020. I had picked OAU for JAMB, intending to use my A levels in UI for DE, but as a result of new developments, students in 2020 can only use either utme/DE, not the two..I decided to use my JAMB and change my 1st choice institution to UI, since I stand a better chance with JAMB, however, even after changing institutions successfully 5 days ago, I can not login to the UI portal to purchase the putme form and can't seem to get help anywhere, as all the helplines are not going through. There are only 5 days left till sales of the pume form ends and I really need advice on what next to do urgently.

PS when I tried my name on oau portal, it appeared and even prompted me to pay for the postutme form?
