Good day everyone. I just heard that UI post utme is going to be cbt...

Good day everyone. I just heard that UI post utme is going to be cbt this year. And they are going to add 2019 candidate to 2020 admitted candidate. (Meaning if they are to admit 100 it's only 50 they would admit) please how true is it?
