Whenever I enter my photo card, I don't see my passport at the top when...

Whenever I enter my photo card, I don't see my passport at the top when I use my mobile phone. But anytime I go to a ceyber cafe I do see my passport(the one in my jamb registration slip). So what am asking is:
1) won't it affect my registration, because uniport stated red background while the jamb own is white
2) why is it not showing on my mobile phone?
