here is procedures for change of course
First of all, you need to go to any commercial bank or JAMB Offices to purchase the change of course/institution scratch card. The scratch card is being sold for N2,500 (two thousand five hundred Naira only). Before you change your course or institution please make sure you check their Cut-off mark for admission.
