Initial temperature= 25°C= 298K
Quantity of heat= 20 160J
Specific Heat Capacity of Alcohol= 2 520J/kg/K.

SHC= Q/(M∆T)

∆T= Q/(SHC•M)
= 20 160/(2 520•2)
= 20 160/5 040
= 4

∆T= 4
Final temperature - Initial temperature= 4
Final temperature= 4 + Initial temperature
= 4 + 298
= 302

Thus, the final temperature is 302K, 29°C.
