RSUST: According to some school's released cut off marks, it was noted that RSUST's cutoff...

RSUST: According to some school's released cut off marks, it was noted that RSUST's cutoff mark is 180 for the first choice only. My question is "since i put the school as my second choice, do i still need to write the post ume? If yes, will i be admitted if i pass my post ume exam there? Pls i need answers urgently?
