Good day Sir, the issue is that, I have someone who applied to Fut Minna, After written the post utme discovered low score, and now went to change the institution to Lautech, fortunately he was given admission in to Fut Minna, but could not accept the CAPS due to changes he made.
The question is, is there a way to change the institution back to Fut Minna in order to accept the CAPS or any other ways?
