It is showing that I have paid for the online DE registration and I have...

It is showing that I have paid for the online DE registration and I have as well printed my payment receipt but each time I try to proceed with the registration all I get is " Internal server error" could the problem be from the site or am I making a mistake,pls who else is facing similar problem I need advice.?
