I have been given admission,through my jamb portal.But I can't access the school's eportal to...

I have been given admission,through my jamb portal.But I can't access the school's eportal to print my admission letter and pay the acceptance fees.I was told that I would have to wait for all admission lists to be out,before I can access the eportal.Please,Is this true??
