Pls am just worried i need a serious advise i took jamb last year but...

Pls am just worried i need a serious advise i took jamb last year but i didnt reach my cutoff. I was to study medicine bt dis year i took another one and still i didnt reach the cutoff so instead to letgo i insist i went for postutme and now have been admitted to dep biology now i dont know if i should study the course or wait still nxt year?
