I was trying to access my admission status on jamb CAPS and was showing 'Not...

I was trying to access my admission status on jamb CAPS and was showing 'Not Admitted' and the worst of it is that my choice of institution and the course of which i applied for is not showing. Please what should i do, or does it mean that i have been excluded from people that would be given Admission?
