I just discovered UNICAL have not started paying acceptance fee meanwhile someone told me to...

I just discovered UNICAL have not started paying acceptance fee meanwhile
someone told me to proceed with the payment after confirming my admission
on Unical's portal... I printed my acceptance receipt but it's blank
without my payment details.. Plz I'm confused, I need help on what to do
next!?
