You do have a Chance:

Cut Off Mark.
The management of the Olabisi Onabanjo
University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State has released
the cut-off mark for the 2019/2020 academic
session admission exercise.
Candidates who picked/did not pick the
University with a minimum score of 180 in the
last UTME are eligible for the post UTME
screening exercise.

Medicine and surgery this year is 270 and above.

With that performance you still stand a good chance of admission to study medicine and surgery especially if you are from their catchment area.
Just wait for their admission list, even if they didn't give you medicine, they would give you another medical related course like pharmacy.
For the past few years, OOU have not made their departmental cutoff mark public. If we should judge with previous years, then we will be right to say the departmental cutoff mark for 2019 will not be made public.
