My waec result is not that good and I'm Waiting for neco result to be...

My waec result is not that good and I'm Waiting for neco result to be released
I'm applying or oau and the post utme registration will soon close, should I just upload the waec result now or wait till the neco result is released
Because I don't know if I'll still be able to upload my neco result after I've submitted the first time?
