Since ebsu ain't writing post utme,it's just screening , ain't we gonna pay for the screening exercise ? Are we just to wait for jamb caps? The procedure they shared on their website didn't include and payment or specific requirement and guideline for the screening exercise. Moreover, it seem like a proposal from the registrar to the vc.?
