I chose Osun State University morning as my second choice in Jamb and was told...

I chose Osun State University morning as my second choice in Jamb and was told by a friend that Uniosun doesn’t accept second choice. How true is that? If so, why were given the option of second choice in jamb. It’s just annoying really. So, please if i my first choice doesn’t give me admission (God forbid) I’m doomed then!!?
