one of the requirements for the Auchi poly screening includes one year IT letter n...

one of the requirements for the Auchi poly screening includes one year IT letter n my training havnt meet up nine months to have collected the letter from my place of attachment but its just seven months as from January.
pls what do I do in a case like this when the screening is coming up next week 30th July to 1st August 2019.
