No, your jamb score is too low for a competitive course like mass communication.
The course has high number of applicants and limited admission slot so the school would first admit candidates with higher jamb/postutme score.
Mass communication requires up to 200 and above in jamb and 60%and above in their postutme screening exam.
So my advice for you is to change your course to a less competitive course for better chance of admission.

AKSU has not yet release their departmental cut off mark for 2019/2020 academic session. But i think your chance of admission to study mass communication is low, because mass communication is a competitive course, with high number of applicants, and their last year cut off mark for all courses was 160 and above.
The Aksu State University does not really
have a specific cut off mark for courses.
However, candidates who have scored a
minimum of one 180 in UTME examination is
eligible to apply for admission into any of
their choice courses.
Due to the high number of students wishing
to study in the Akwa Ibom State University,
the admission processes is competitive and
an admission is given based on JAMB score
and O level grades.
Below are courses offered in the university
as well as their cut off mark;
1. 220 – 240 – Medicine (O’ Level result
with one sitting only) and Nursing
2. 200 – Mass Communication, Common
Law, Pharmacy, Anatomy, Physiology
3. 190 – Computer Science, English
Language, Biochemistry, Microbiology,
Geology, all engineering courses
except Agricultural and Biosystem
Engineering.
4. 180 – All other courses
