Can I still go for change of institution/course? Because I read online that change of institution/course form have no dateline until admission is over.?

Pharmacy is more competitive than nursing.
Nursing provides more diverse career opportunities, but pays less than a career in pharmacy. Pharmacists are specialists whereas nurses are generalists who need to study and know drugs, but also administer them.
change of course/institution would go on till the admission process is over.
