Jamb was not able to capture my thumb printing and my exam date is April...

Jamb was not able to capture my thumb printing and my exam date is April 11 9am session does it mean that I can not write the exam again please help me out.Even the jamb invigilator said they can not do anything about it .Please if there is any way out help me out?
