I tried to Apply for a change in admission letter. As usual, I have created...

I tried to Apply for a change in admission letter. As usual, I have created a profile and proceeded to make a payment but I am shown a notice - Visit a CBT Centre to complete your application. Kindly assist with an ideal way of going about this without having to visit a CBT Registration centre. I have seen where i am to pay N300 for such service but I am not sure if after paying the N300, I will be able to complete the application.?
