Just make sure that the Jamb one is the correct one sha.

different date of birth in o'level result and jamb result would affect your admission or clearance.your date of birth need to be thesame in all your documents.
so in other to be on a safer side you would need to change the date of birth in your jamb to match with that of your neco result as soon as the correction of data commences.

It will affect you. you are supposed to use the same birth date and year on your birth certificate in all your credentials.
