I registered jamb in a new accredited centre in asaba, i was through with the...

I registered jamb in a new accredited centre in asaba, i was through with the capture and ten thumb print but it was unable to verify the finger print so i could collect my finger print i wasn't the only one affected by this issue but the jamb registration number was generated do i just request for the registration number and go?
