please myschool, I was offered biochemistry in unilorin whereas I wanted to study medicine, is...

please myschool, I was offered biochemistry in unilorin whereas I wanted to study medicine, is there any way or possibility of changing department after accepting the admission or I should just rewrite another jamb because I dont want to be a biochemist, my life ambition is to become a neuro surgeon. Positive suggestions/advices are welcomed. Thanks?
