Good Day Everyone, I have been having issues with my jamb account, I did change...

Good Day Everyone, I have been having issues with my jamb account, I did change of course after accepting my admission. But when i checked my Admission status I was still asked to do a change of course. Due to this problem, I have paid twice for my Jamb Admission letter and Original Result but couldn't get them. Please how do I go about this pronlem?
I urgently need the documents for my Online Clearance.
