UNIOSUN has announced the payment of acceptance fees but we must pay #2,030 access portal...

UNIOSUN has announced the payment of acceptance fees but we must pay #2,030 access portal fee before we can pay the acceptance fee.I have paid the #2,030 access fee and it was successfull and under the response, I saw PROCEED TO PAYMENT yesterday but today I have left the cafe.The acceptance payment link on our UNIOSUN undergraduate portals is no longer there and the deadline is Nov 9.What do I do please ?
