Good morning, A friend of mine who was admitted into ND1 last year asked if...

Good morning, A friend of mine who was admitted into ND1 last year asked if he can go for Direct Entry Registration that will commencing soon since by next year he would be through with ND2 but I told him he need to go for IT fest before he can register for DE. So I don't want to mislead him, so can he go ahead and register when the form is out or he has to go for that one year IT?
