Pls sir/ma, I hv my NCE 2016 @COE Ikere, I want to continue my education...

Pls sir/ma, I hv my NCE 2016 @COE Ikere, I want to continue my education at UNIBEN but i don't hv jamb registration number, i was advice to do jamb regularization which i hv done but till today Jamb hv not send me any mssg relate to reg no.
I heard that UNIBEN direct entry form is out on 8th aug, 2018. i'm planning to go nd purchase the form nd do d neccessary registration but am confused on the other hand.....
My question now are:-
(1) Is UNIBEN direct entry form really out?
(2)can i apply?
(3)where can i get DE pin?
(4) how can you be of help to me in my registration this year bcuz i hv all it required to do direct entry but i didn't do jamb registration?
