Pls I need some help. I scored 261 in UTME 2018, my WAEC result is...

Pls I need some help.
I scored 261 in UTME 2018, my WAEC result is 9Bs… pls do I stand a chance of studying medicine and surgery in any of these universities ie Uniabuja, Unilag and Unibadan or should I switch to another course(Eg Radiology, Physiotherapy or Geology/Geophysics) so as to be admitted ? and which do you suggest will admit me/ more candidates for medicine that’s they have a larger capacity ? I’m from Akwa Ibom state, which means my admission will be strictly on merit course of catchment areas.?
