I got a message this morning that I have been offered provisional admission into Best...

I got a message this morning that I have been offered provisional admission into Best Legacy College of Education and I called the number that was given to me the person that answered said that I should pay N10,000 for acceptance fee and N40,000 for school fees. So I'm very surprised because I didn't choose them as any choice in my Jamb form neither did I buy their post utme form and my Jamb caps is still showing not admitted, please help me I don't know if its true...?
