UI: I scored 207 and I have C's in 7 different subjects with 2 Sittings....

UI: I scored 207 and I have C's in 7 different subjects with 2 Sittings. I chose UI to study Geography under Social Science. According to my research on this particular course, Geography has the lowest cut off marks in UI. Because student doesn't like the course. Even if you score D7 on Geography , UI would still accept you.. Is like they are encouraging students to come for it.
Now my question is.., do you think I still have much chances that they will admit me or should I change the Institution..? If Yes, then which Institution should I go for with my scores?
