FCAI: Last semester my school said that we are not going to see our results...

FCAI: Last semester my school said that we are not going to see our results been posted that it is going to be online. Now I came back to school to check my result, workers in student affairs said i should pay #2000(#1500 for registration and #500 for scratch card) I made the payment to them and they gave me the card. On this card there's a link site on it but it is not working or should i say it is not registered because it keep on telling me server not found. what will i do now?
