s=vt...convert 45km/hr to m/s...45*1000/60*60=12.5m/s...s=12.5*20=250m

Formula; V=S/t.. DATA. V=45Km/hr, t=20s. S=?. convert 45km/hr to m/s, which is v=45x1000(m)/60x60(s)=45000/3600=12.5m/s. therefore puting the value in the above formula 12.5=s/20. cross multiply s=12.5x20. s=250m.(V=VELOCITY, S=DISTANCE & t= Time).

Using d formula for average distance covered,bcos d'velocity is constant,i.e its nt initial or final... S=(u+v/2)*t... Since d v is constant,den we hv S=(v/2)t... Converting 45km/hr to m/s, we have 12.5... (12.5/2)*20=125m.
