please someone should tell me... in unilorin, i want to study medicine but my mark...

please someone should tell me... in unilorin, i want to study medicine but my mark didnt reach it so i changed course to anatomy... but i really hate anatomy with my life so is there any way i can change my course back to medicine in 200 level wthout writing jamb again???
