there are two groups of bird, one group is on top of the tree, the other group is on the foot of the tree, then the group on top of the tree said to the group on the foot of the tree let one of u come up so that we will double ur number but the group on the foot of the tree said No let one of u come down so that we will be equal to ur number. What are the two numbers, i mean the number of the group on the top of the tree and the number of the group on the foot of the tree?
