Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally report an issue concerning the activation of my school mobile application.
I made the required payment for the school app as instructed; however, up to this moment, the app has not been successfully activated on my device. Despite following the activation steps provided, I am still unable to access the app’s services and features meant for students.
This situation has made it difficult for me to fully benefit from the app, especially in accessing academic information and other important school-related updates.
I kindly request that this matter be looked into urgently and that the app be properly activated for me, or that further guidance be given on what steps to take to resolve the issue.
