Please I need to understand this because it has been given me problems for long .
How will we know the exact places to stress words that uses primary and secondary stress
For example Expenditure from my research words ending in -ure are stressed on the First syllable but I just realized that we will have to find the primary stress which is so so confusing even the English tutor isn't explaining well please anyone should please help me with this?
