Please it's been more than 2 days to at I paid for the activation of...

Please it's been more than 2 days to at I paid for the activation of myschool account and I've sent all the details concerning my transaction including my order code but I've not heard anything from managent concerning it and my account has still not been activated and my jamb exam is around the corner and I don't have access to the past questions please what's going on?
