5. (a) Given that x ^ 2 - 3x - 4 is a factor of f(x) = x ^ 4 p * x ^ 3 - 13x ^ 2 x q where p and q are constants,
(i) calculate the values of p and q;
(ii) find all the zeros of f(x).?
